ECON 435 - Economic Topics in Algorithms
The aim of this seminar is to introduce students to topical economic research questions arising from the increased adoption of digital technologies. It will cover the economics of data, the role of data for market power, the impact of algorithms on decision making, algorithmic collusion, and the economics of blockchain technology.
